RTMessage manager can create a new message and send it to RT like predefined service user.

      @Deprecated RTMessage sendMessageToRT(PerunSession sess, Member member, String queue, String subject, String text) throws MemberNotExistsException
      Deprecated.
      This method get needed information and by predefined service user send message to RT which try to create new ticket For basic usage this method is for error msg from users of perun.
      Parameters:
      sess -
      member - member which send message to RT
      queue - in which queue will be message send
      subject - subject of message
      text - text of message
      Returns:
      RTMessage with information about success or not
      Throws:
      InternalErrorException
      MemberNotExistsException - if the Member not exist in the system
